198 Allen Street, New York, NY: Flowers Book Pop-Up Solo Exhibition and Book Signing

As part of Michael's book tour in support of his 2019 monograph, Flowers, by Abrams Books, he hosted a Pop-Up exhibition and book signing in lower Manhattan in April, 2019.

Featuring various paintings and prints from throughout his over 25-year career of employing flowers and floral motifs in his work, this Pop-Up was a mini-retrospective of sorts, celebrating and documenting this focus.

The evening was also the launch of a new signed and numbered, limited edition print based on the painting employed on the cover of Flowers. This seven-color silk screen edition was printed by master silkscreen printer, Gary Lichtenstein, and released in an edition of 50.
